The Camp. Breaking Up Thanksgiving will be at Wesley Woods Conference Center again this year.  Wesley Woods is a wooded camp on the shore of Lake Geneva in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, just over the border from Illinois.

Pricing.   Pricing will be a à la carte.  The price will be determined by what portions of the weekend you can attend.  More on this shortly.

Dorms and Meals.   The camp has 4 houses.  Each building has a kitchen, living room and bathrooms.  Sleeping space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Meals will be provided;  bring desserts and snacks to share.

Dance and Dining Hall, and Jam Space.   At Wesley Woods the dining hall doubles as the dance hall. There is jamming space in the large enclosed porch in the dining hall and the dorm houses are close by and have very comfortable living rooms perfect for playing music.

Pre-Registration Required.    Pre-registration is required so that we know how many people to plan for.  Please send your registration in as soon as you can.  Once you register, you will receive a confirmation letter along with directions to the camp and logistical information.

About the Dorms.   There are four houses, each with a kitchen and living room.  Each house has 4 or 5 bedrooms that sleep 5 to 8 people.  Bedrooms have double bunks on the bottom and a single bunk overhead, plus "regular" bunk beds (one top, one bottom).  Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower.

We expect to reserve one of the houses for families with children;  this will depend on the number of families that register.  The camp can house about 150 on-site.  Tenting is allowed. In addition, there are nearby motels, hotels and B & B's in Williams Bay and Lake Geneva.
