Directions to Bethany United Church of Christ

Bethany United Church of Christ
is located at 4250 N. Paulina, 1 1/2 blocks south of Montrose and 1 block west of Ashland.
Dances are $6 at the door.

From I-90 or I-94 Southbound (Kennedy or Edens Expressway):
Exit at Irving Park Road.
Go through the stoplight at Keeler (the first light on the ramp)
and turn left on Irving Park Road.
Take Irving Park Road about 3 miles to Ashland.
Turn left and take Ashland 1/2 mile to Montrose.
Turn left (west) and take Montrose 1 1/2 blocks to the alley after Paulina.
There is a school on the corner of Paulina and Montrose;
turn left into the alley behind the school
and park in the school's parking lot at the end of the block.
The dance is in the church across the street from the parking lot.
Enter the church from the courtyard 1/2 block south on Paulina.

From I-90 Northbound (Kennedy Expressway outbound from downtown Chicago):
Exit at Pulaski/Irving Park Road.
Turn right off the ramp onto Pulaski, then right onto Irving Park at the next light.
Take Irving Park Road about 3 miles to Ashland.
Turn left and take Ashland 1/2 mile to Montrose.
Turn left (west) and take Montrose 1 1/2 blocks to the alley after Paulina.
There is a school on the corner of Paulina and Montrose;
turn left into the alley behind the school
and park in the school's parking lot at the end of the block.
The dance is in the church across the street from the parking lot.
Enter the church from the courtyard 1/2 block south on Paulina.

Alternate Route Via Lake Shore Drive from I-90:
A couple of miles before downtown, take Lake Shore Drive (US Rt 41) exit.
Stay right and follow signs to northbound Lake Shore Drive.
Take Lake Shore Drive northbound along the lake past downtown to Montrose exit.
Go west on Montrose (away from the lake) to the alley 1 1/2 blocks past Ashland Ave.
(About 1.3 miles from the exit.  One block after Ashland is Paulina street,
with a school on the corner;  and the alley is 1/2 block after Paulina, behind the school.)
Turn left into the alley and park in the school's parking lot at the end of the block.
The dance is in the church across the street from the parking lot.
Enter the church from the courtyard 1/2 block south on Paulina.

Parking is available in the Ravenswood School parking lot,
located on Cullom between Paulina and Hermitage.
